Nanny for Adoptive Family
Come join this delightful and wholesome family in beautiful Conifer, Colorado at 8,000 feet as they minister and experience God’s healing with their adopted children, ages 4, 5, 6. As a missional Nanny, assist with house care, child care, some night care, and meal prep to help keep this family thriving!
January-June 2022 preferred minimum commitment; Can flex with best candidate!
Room, Board, and Stipend provided to support full-time voluntary service
Easy access to Denver and ample opportunities for exploring the gorgeous surroundings! Corinna and Doug are great outdoor adventure consultants
Basic qualifications:
Prayerful Christian woman, age 21 or older, no dependents or spouse along
Responsible, creative, patient, playful, consistent, gentle, strong, flexible,
Communicative team player, eager to learn and adapt
Able to follow parents’ lead in therapeutic care
Able to live in simple, second-story efficiency apartment and heat with wood stove. Includes internet.
Comfortable with chickens, dog, cat
Can provide own healthcare and vehicle.
Covid-19 vaccination required. Willing to mask when appropriate, to prevent children missing school
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with children with from hard places (trauma history, developmental delays, attachment challenges)
CPR certification
Able to enjoy the outdoors in any weather!
Fluent in English
