A note from Beach Church Jax:
This past year our church started an 11 month internship residency program to help people discern their ministry calling and get valuable training and experience for vocational ministry. The internship focuses on four key areas 1) personal spiritual development 2) theological development within the Wesleyan tradition 3) practical ministry theory and 4) hands on ministry experience within one of our awesome ministry departments. Interns choose a focus in one of the following tracks: Lead Pastor/Campus Pastor, Worship/Tech Ministry, BeachKids, Connections, Beach Students, Communications, Missions, or Operations.
The internship runs from September through July. We provide housing (3 blocks from the Beach) and can help interns raise support. The time commitment is approximately 20 hours per week. Apply at beachchurchjax.com/internships
