We are a Christian non-profit, now in our 25th year of connecting, unifying and mobilizing volunteers and partners to address the needs of our city, particularly those of the most vulnerable in our midst.  LLF operates multiple programs, including Amachi, Fatherhood Initiative, Urban Impact, Woodhill Community Center, and the Prayer Room. 

This position will:

Serve as Assistant to the Administrator.
Provide administrative support to the CEO.
Provide administrative support to LLF program staff, as assigned by administrator
Total hours will be 30 per week. The schedule is flexible but will generally be Monday through Thursday, 8:30 – 4:00, in-person.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a strong attention to detail and strong computer skills, including experience with MO365 applications. Experience with any of these is also a plus: Canva, DonorPerfect, QuickBooks, Wix, and social media platforms. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form. Competitive salary and

Applicants should also: 

Be attentive to detail.
Work cooperatively with other staff and volunteers.
Produce written documents with clearly organized thoughts using proper spelling and grammar.
Communicate effectively with other LLF employees, volunteers and the public in face-to-face settings, group settings, or by phone.
