Worship Music and Church Life Associate

Website Corpus Christi Anglican Church

Common people in common prayer for uncommon transformation

We are offering the opportunity to be a part of a growing team in a young church plant, and to build a program of worship music that will disciple followers of Jesus and have a lasting impact for generations. Since the first centuries of the church, music has been a vital tool for creating beauty and reverence in worship and for forming disciples of Jesus.

Corpus Christi Anglican Church (CCAC) combines a unique blend of highly reverential, ceremonial, liturgical worship with blended musical styles. We sing a combination of ancient and modern hymnody, modern worship songs, and chant. Corporate worship at CCAC conforms to the liturgical forms contained in the Anglican Church in North America’s (ACNA) 2019 Book of Common Prayer (BCP). Our worship is historic, filled with Scripture, and ultimately aimed at exalting our Triune God and transforming people into the image of Christ.

Our church began with fewer than 10 people in 2020, and has grown to over 70 with people from many ages, stages, and backgrounds. As the church has grown, there is an opportunity to build musical programming that addresses the needs of this growing congregation. We are seeking someone who can lead a team of musicians and Sunday worship, while also building a musical program that will address the discipleship needs of the congregation.

The Worship Music and Church Life Associate position is a part-time position (10-30 hours per week) with CCAC. This position carries an annual salary of between $15,000–30,000 based upon relevant experience.
