  Looking for a Female roommate to take over my portion of a lease on a 4 bed/2.5 bath house in Tates Creek Area in Lexington. About 25 minutes from ATS and close to everything there is to do in Lexington. Rent is $275/month and utilities range from $50-$100, depending on time of year. Lease ends June 30. You would start paying rent in January. Your room would be about 15×15 ft and you would share a bathroom with two other girls. Less than 1 mile from large Kroger, Kirklevington Park and a Library. Safe, quiet, surprisingly diverse neighborhood.
  
  I have been living with three friends here since summer 2018. The house is clean, the other women are sweet and will help you feel at home. Large space for entertaining, backyard with deck.

A little about me, I teach English online from 5 am to 8 am or 5 to 9 depending on the time change. I also work part time at the seminary.
