Fredrick Long
ParticipantHi,
I have three fully furnished bedrooms in a walkout basement to rent with private access. Linens, towels, and bedding provided. My house is just one mile from the campus. Parking on the driveway is allowed; no overnight street parking is allowed.$60 a night for one bedroom ($10 additional per bedroom), $300 for a week ($20 additional per bedroom), $1000 for up to a month. Four persons maximum. I prefer to rent to the seminary community: students, alumni, and their visiting guests.
Lodgers have shared access to the very spacious downstairs common spaces that include two living rooms (each with a couch and a Roku TV), a furnished kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, fridge, stove top oven, sink), full bathroom, and breakfast/study area. There is Wifi, but no laundry room. Also, there are very beautiful outdoor spaces that may be enjoyed with my notification (screen room, patio, pergola with fire pit) because I also use these spaces.
These rooms could be used for family visiting or as a retreat get away. Also, if you want to have good dialogue over a meal, I would be glad to oblige. We can talk about theology, hermeneutics, spiritual formation, Greek, life calling/vocation, or whatever.
Call or text me at (859) 684-1881 for availability or questions.
Below are pictures of the main living area, two bedrooms, and the bathroom.
