Rev. Nic Showalter and Rev. Mike Mayfield from the Illinois Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church will be on campus November 7 to meet with students and share information about ministry opportunities in their conference. The conference vision is to have “all the physically and spiritually hungry people of our world feasting on God’s abundant grace at God’s table so that they experience God’s unconditional love for them, are formed in that love, and are sent to live and share that love with the individuals and institutions of our world.” Meetings are in the Kentucky Stanger conference room in the Library
They are also hosting students for dinner on Monday evening, Nov. 6 (details to be announced!).
