Greetings from the Chapel Office!
We are calling for talented musicians in our community to share their gifts with our chapel contemporary worship program.
On September 12th and 13th, we will be holding interviews with musicians in our community who are interested in being part of the praise bands and ensembles that usher us into the presence of God through worship at chapel. We are interested in connecting with musicians who play all different types of instruments. Guitarists, vocalists, bass players, and drummers as well as stringed instruments, woodwinds, horns and others. All are welcome. The more eclectic our instrumental options are, the more creative we can be in our worship services!
Our vision for the chapel music program is to be a dynamic community of friends and worshipers who are collectively developing in musical skill, leadership, and relationship with God and one another. We are excited to worship God with the Asbury community this year, and we hope you will consider joining our musical team!
Please consider emailing us and sharing your interest in interviewing with us next week. There will be an opportunity for you to share your talent with us and for us to get to know you better. The interviews will be conducted in 20-minute blocks on Thursday the 12th, 3-6PM and Friday the 13th, 11Am-2Pm. Please include your availability during these designated times and days in your email. If you cannot make an audition during these times work, please let me know.
