Room for Rent: $500 a month

I just wanted to pass along a room rental possibility. I have attached a photo of my home to give you an idea of what type of place it is. I was wanting to rent out a room for $500.00 a month. Now I supply everything except food, toiletries and laundry detergent. There is no deposit and no extra fees like electric, garbage or water. I also go month to month. I don’t want a smoker, a drinker or animals and I do want a happy positive person.
